Friends. The Hooktown Holidays 6th Annual Garage Sale is just two weeks away. It is our major fund raiser for each year. This year's sale is the biggest one yet. The community has been extraordinarily generous in donating items. When we say, "You'll have to see it to believe it"!, we're not kidding. Here are some of the things you'll find:
Tools of all kinds and every description.
Children's toys. Many brand new.
Furniture in every shape and size. Some in complete sets...Living Room, Dining Room, Bedroom. And, an entire household of furniture was donated this year!
Clothing galore.
Large and small appliances.
Antiques and collectables of all kinds.
Craft and hobby supplies.
We've got several storage facilities already packed full and we are still receiving items almost everyday.
This promises to be the Garage Sale lover's dream sale. We'll have tents so it's Rain or Shine.
Remember that all proceeds go to Hooktown Holiday's mission to provide nutritious food, warm clothing, and other necessities of life to children, families and other individuals in need in our community. The need is real and ongoing.
