Each year Hooktown Holidays supporters provide two scholarships for deserving students. One is for an academics school and one for a trade school. The scholarships are $1,000 each with $500 additional dollars added after a 3.0 GPA is achieved in the first semester. Upon achieving the Dean’s List, a one-time addition of $250 is awarded, bringing the total amount to $1,750.
The 2017 Hooktown Holidays Scholarship for academics was awarded to Jessica Mack. We are happy and proud to say that Jessica excelled at school and met the criteria to not just receive the initial amount but also the additional funds. Achieving both the 3.0 GPA and be placed on the Dean's list. Congratulations Jessica! Well done!
